What we can help with
- Account and login. Lost access, a wrong email, two accounts you want merged, or a companion that disappeared. Tell us the email you signed up with.
- Billing and refunds. Membership, token packs, a charge you do not recognise or a cancellation that did not go through. Memberships can also be cancelled any time in your settings; access runs until the end of the paid period.
- Your data. Export of everything we hold about you, or full deletion. Deleting the account in settings removes companions, conversations and photos immediately and cannot be undone.
- Partnerships and press. Affiliate program, creators, media requests.
